Helpful to accounting firms, escrow or real estate offices, etc.
Run parts to job locations.

Real Estate Services:
Keep flyer boxes filled for you
Check on vacant homes
Wait for repairers or installers: Alarm, Cable, Dish,etc.
Help prepare for open houses:
Turn on lights, heaters or A/C's, open blinds & windows, etc, all ready for your arrival!
Most services: $22.00 per hour, 1 Hour minimum.
Delivery of restaurant meals: $10.00 per 1/2 hr trip minimum.
Additional time in billed in 15 minute increments
12 free miles per hour. Additional mileage at 40 cents per mile.
